摘　　要：本文通过对尿素颗粒冷却技术进行对比,简述了粒子冷却技术的优点、工艺流程、设备和控制系统。针对粒子冷却器在实际生产过程中出现的问题,进行了原因分析以及采取措施,避免了成品尿素的结块问题,同时提出了合理化建议。In this paper, the advantages, process flow, equipment and control system of the particle cooling technology are briefly described by comparing the particle cooling technology of urea. In view of the problems occurred in the actual production process of particle cooler, the causes are analyzed and the measures are taken to avoid the caking problem of finished urea. At the same time, reasonable suggestions are put forward.
