摘　　要：甲胺五塔连续精馏分离流程需同时分离出一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺三种产品,操作连续性强,对操作人员的技能水平和操作度要求高。一个塔的工艺参数波动会影响到后面的塔,严重时甚至会造成产品不合格。本文对甲胺精馏系统各塔的操作要点进行了详细的叙述。Methylamine five tower continous distillation separation process needs to seperate three kinds of products:monomethylamine, dimethylamine and ttrimethylamine at the same time, which has strong continuity of opration and requires high skill level and care operation. The fluctuation of one tower will affect the latter tower, and even cause unqualified producets in serious cases. The operation points of each tower of methylamine distillation system are described in detail.
