摘  要:针对“UF、RO双膜技术+混床除盐”装置运行过程中出现的盘式过滤器处理能力不足、超滤运行指标异常、RO保安过滤器滤芯更换频次高、反渗透膜污堵严重、反渗透浓水排放成本高、混床交换器制水批量低等一系列问题,结合生产实际情况进行了现状分析,并针对装置遇到的上述运行难题逐一提出了相应的改进措施,不仅解决了除盐生产技术难题,而且优化了装置运行,降低了企业生产成本。A series of problems occurred during the operation of UF, RO double membrane technology + mixed bed desalination plant, such as insufficient processing capacity of disc filter, abnormal ultrafiltration operation index, high frequency of filter element replacement of RO security filter, serious pollution and blocking of reverse osmosis membrane, high cost of reverse osmosis water discharge, and low volume of water production of mixed bed exchanger. According to the actual situation of production, the present situation is analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward one by one in view of the operation difficulties encountered of the plant, which not only solves the technical problems of desalting production, but also optimizes the operation of the plant and reduces the production cost of the enterprise.
