摘 要:本文根据风电机组关键部件的油液监测特点与实践,从分析离线监测模式、在线监测模式及便携式现场监测模式的优缺点入手,从将离线监测与在线监测及便携式现场监测结合起来的角度,探讨了将三种监测模式进行有机结合可能性和结合模式,提出了现阶段一种切实可行的风电机组关键部件油液监测的新型模式,以便显著提高油液监测的效率。In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of off-line monitoring model,on-line monitoring model and portable field monitoring have been analyzed.Based on the analysis and the characteristics and practice of the oil monitoring of key components of wind turbine,the possibility of the organic combination of three kinds of monitoring mode has been discussed.Next,a new viewpoint of combining the off-line monitoring mode with the online monitoring mode and the portable field monitoring mode has been put forward.In order to improve the effi ciency of oil monitoring,an outline of a new monitoring model of combination pattern of three kinds of monitoring mode of key components of wind turbine has been designed.
