摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯、冰醋酸、无水乙醇和蒸馏水为原料,通过溶胶凝胶-低温水热方法制备了具有配位羧基以及表面水和羟基的低结晶度锐钛矿纳米二氧化钛(nano-TiO_(2))。利用XRD,DRIFTS,XPS,UV-Vis DRS,PL等方法,对所制备的nano-TiO_(2)样品进行了表征和分析。将苯酚作为模拟污染物,评价了样品的可见光光催化降解活性。结果表明:表面水和羟基保证了锐钛矿的形成,并促进了光生载流子的分离;配位羧基提升了锐钛矿的结晶度,有效缩减了禁带宽度,进一步降低了光生载流子复合率;配位羧基与表面水和羟基协同,显著提高了nano-TiO_(2)在可见光下对苯酚的光催化氧化降解性能。In the current work,anatase nano-TiO_(2)with low crystallinity with coordinating carboxyl groups as well as surface water and hydroxyl groups was prepared by a sol-gel-low temperature hydrothermal method by using tetrabutyl titanate(TBT),glacial acetic acid,absolute ethanol and distilled water as raw materials.The as-prepared nano-TiO_(2)samples were characterized and analyzed by XRD,DRIFTS,XPS,UV-Vis DRS and PL methods.Using phenol as a model pollutant,the visible-light photocatalytic degradation activities of the as-prepared samples were evaluated.The results show that surface water and hydroxyl groups ensure the formation of anatase and facilitate the separation of photogenerated charge carriers.The coordinating carboxyl group improves the crystallinity of anatase,effectively reduces the band gap,and further reduces the recombination rate of photogenerated charge carriers.Finally,the coordinating carboxyl groups synergized with surface water and hydroxyl groups to significantly enhance the photocatalytic oxidative degradation of phenol by nano-TiO_(2)under visible light.
