摘　　要：尤昭玲教授认为,薄型子宫内膜病机以脾肾两虚为主,肝郁血瘀为标,虚实并见,并根据独创的耕耘理论总结出“耕耘二法”,先以补肾健脾养血法补其本,再以疏肝宣络化瘀法以治其标,二法并用,通补兼施。尤教授主张治病应求因,重视病因治疗,针对性地根据疾病的症结所在予以施治,创制多囊卵巢综合征助卵养膜方、卵巢储备功能减退助卵养膜方、宫腔粘连养膜方,还擅用药对及角药增强疗效,并创制养膜膏、养膜煲及养膜糊三种不同制作方法的药膳,不仅方便患者食用和储存,更满足了不同内膜异常病变患者的诊疗需求。Professor You Zhao-ling believes that the pathogenesis of thin endometriosis is mainly due to the deficiency of both spleen and kidney,and the stagnation of liver and blood stasis are the manifestations.The deficiency and excess can be seen at the same time.According to the original theory of cultivation,she has summarized the"two methods of cultivation".First,the method of tonifying the kidney,strengthening the spleen and nourishing the blood is used to supplement the foundation,and then the method of soothing the liver,dredging collaterals and removing blood stasis is used to treat the manifestations.In this way,dredging and tonifying are used together.Professor You advocates that the treatment should be based on the cause,so she pays attention to the causes,and treats the disease according to the crux of the disease.She has created Formula for Egg-Supporting and Membrane-Nourishing for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,Formula for Egg-Supporting and Membrane-Nourishing for Decreased Ovarian Reserve,Membrane-Nourishing Formula for Intrauterine Adhesions.She is also good at using drug-pairs and horn cupping to enhance the efficacy.She has also created three kinds of medicinal diets with different preparation methods,namely,Membrane-Nourishing Paste,Membrane-Nourishing Soup,and Membrane-Nourishing Porridge,which are not only convenient for patients to take and store,but also meet the diagnosis and treatment needs of patients with different endometrial abnormalities.
