摘　　要：郭俊杰教授认为,围绝经期综合征以肾阴虚为本,以内火、血瘀为标,可累及心、肝、脾等脏,从而导致各脏腑功能失调。郭教授依据阴阳辨证理论将其分为肝肾阴虚证、阴虚火旺证、气阴两虚证、阴阳俱虚证等。肝肾阴虚证治以滋肾柔肝、养血填精,方用虎潜丸加减;阴虚火旺证治以滋阴涵木、宁心安神,方用天王补心丹合滋水清肝饮加减;气阴两虚证治以益气养阴、健脾补肾,方用参芪地黄汤加减;阴阳俱虚证治以益阳扶阴、平调阴阳,方用二仙汤合二至丸加减。郭教授临床诊治中,还重视培本护胃、脾肾同调,标本兼治,衷中参西,将活血化瘀贯穿始终。Professor Guo Jun-jie believes that perimenopausal syndrome is based on kidney yin deficiency and marked by internal fire and blood stasis,can affect the heart,liver,spleen and other organs,thus leading to dysfunction of the viscera.Professor Guo has divided it into liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity syndrome,qi-yin deficiency syndrome,and yin-yang deficiency syndrome based on yin-yang syndrome differentiation theory.For liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,,the treatment should focus on nourishing the kidney and softening the liver,nourishing blood and supplementing essence,so Modified Hidden Tiger Pill can be used.For yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity syndrome,the treatment should focus on nourishing yin and moistening wood,calming the heart and pacifying the mind,so Celestial Emperor Heart-Supplementing Elixir combined with Modified Water-Nourishing Liver-Clearing Decoction can be used.For qi-yin deficiency syndrome,the treatment should focus on tonifying qi and nourishing yin,strengthening the spleen and nourishing the kidney,so Modified Ginseng and Radix Scutellariae and Rehmannia Decoction can be used.For yin-yang deficiency syndrome,the treatment should focus on nourishing yin and yang,regulating yin and yang,so Two-Immortals Decoction combined with Modified Double Supreme Pill can be used.In clinical practice of diagnosis and treatment,Professor Guo has also attached importance to cultivating the essence and protecting the stomach,regulating the spleen and kidney simultaneously,treating manifestation and root cause concurrently,integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis throughout.
