加味牵正散联合针刺治疗周围性面神经炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味牵正散联合针刺治疗周围性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:将82例周围性面神经炎患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组给予针刺治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合加味牵正散治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候评分、面部神经功能评分、躯体功能评分(facial disability index physical func-tion,FDIP)和社会功能评分(facial disability index social function,FDIS)变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后面部神经功能评分高于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后FDIP评分高于本组治疗前,FDIS评分低于本组治疗前,且组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味牵正散联合针刺治疗周围性面神经炎,可改善患者临床症状,促进面部神经恢复。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Supplemented Symmetry-Correcting Powder combined with acupuncture on peripheral facial neuritis.Methods:A total of 82 patients with peripheral facial neuritis were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of random number table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with Supplemented Symmetry-Correcting Powder on the basis of the control group.The changes of TCM syndrome score,facial nerve function score,physical function score(FDIP)and social function score(FDIS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurological function score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FDIP score of patients in the two groups was higher than that of the same group before treatment,while the FDIS score was lower than that of the same group before treatment.The differences between the two groups were also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Symmetry-Correcting Powder combined with acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with peripheral facial neuritis and promote their facial nerve recovery.
