摘　　要：目的:观察针刀联合痛点封闭治疗Ⅱ期肱骨外上髁炎(lateral epicondylitis,LE)的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年11月至2021年11月在安徽中医药大学第二附属医院就诊的LE患者70例,按照随机信封法分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组给予痛点封闭治疗,治疗组给予针刀联合痛点封闭治疗。比较两组治疗前后Mayo肘关节功能评分(mayo elbow performance score,MEPS)、握力值和简化McGill疼痛问卷(short-form of McGill pain questionnaire,SF-MPQ)评分变化情况及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后2周、治疗后6周MEPS评分、握力值高于治疗前,SF-MPQ评分低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后6周MEPS评分、握力值高于对照组,SF-MPQ评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为94.29%,对照组有效率为77.14%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀联合痛点封闭治疗Ⅱ期肱骨外上髁炎,能改善患者肘关节功能、握力值,减轻患者疼痛。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of small acupotomy combined with closure of pain points on stageⅡlateral epicondylitis(LE).Methods:A total of 70 patients 70 LE patients treated in Anhui Provincial Acupuncture and Moxibustion Hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random envelope method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with closure of pain points,while the treatment group was treated with small acupotomy combined with closure of pain points.The changes of the Mayo elbow performance score(MEPS),grip strength value and the short-form of McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The MEPS scores and grip strength values of the two groups were all higher than those before treatment 2 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment,while the SF-MPQ scores were lower than those before treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,MEPS scores and grip strength values in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,while SF-MPQ scores were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%,while that of the control group was 77.14%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small acupotomy combined with closure of pain points can improve the elbow joint function,grip strength and relieve pain of patients with stageⅡLE.
