摘　　要：观察针药合用对气虚血瘀型缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者细胞免疫、血液相关指标及运动功能的影响。方法:将175例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组87例和对照组88例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予龙血通络胶囊口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予督脉十三针治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后细胞免疫功能(CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇、Carr-Shepherd运动功能评分等变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为83.9%,对照组有效率为60.2%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组细胞免疫功能(CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))、高密度脂蛋白、Carr-Shepherd运动功能评分高于治疗前,三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇低于治疗前,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药合用可提高气虚血瘀型缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者细胞免疫功能、调节血脂水平,改善运动功能。Objective:To observe the influence of combination of acupuncture and medicine on cellular immunity and blood-related indexes and motor function in patients with ischemic stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during recovery time.Methods:A total of 175 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the observation group with 87 cases and the control group with 88 cases.The control group was treated with Longxue Tongluo Capsules orally on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with needling 13 points at GV on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and the changes of cellular immune function(including CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)),triacylglycerol,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein,total cholesterol,Carr-Shepherd motor function score before and after treatment were observed.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 83.9%,and that of the control group was 60.2%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of cellular immune function(including CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)),high-density lipoprotein and Carr-Shepherd motor function in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,while triacylglycerol,low-density lipoprotein and total cholesterol were lower than those before treatment.And all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of acupuncture and medicine can improve cellular immune function,regulate blood lipid level and improve motor function in patients with ischemic stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during recovery time.
