雷火灸热敏穴治疗寒湿痹阻型膝关节骨性关节炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察雷火灸热敏穴治疗寒湿痹阻型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年10月至2021年10月南京中医药大学附属江苏省中医院老年科治疗的寒湿痹阻型膝关节骨性关节炎患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予传统清艾条灸治疗,观察组给予雷火灸热敏穴治疗。观察两组患者西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(western ontario and mcmaster universities osteoarthritis index,WOMAC)、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue score,VAS)变化情况及临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为97.50%,对照组有效率为75.00%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后WOMAC评分、VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸热敏穴治疗寒湿痹阻型膝关节骨性关节炎,可明显减轻患者临床症状,改善关节功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of thunder fire moxibustion at heat sensitive points on knee osteoarthritis of cold-dampness arthralgia type.Methods:A total of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis of cold dampness arthralgia type treated by the Department of Gerontology of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional moxa stick for moxibustion,while the observation group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion at heat sensitive points.Then the changes of Western Ontario and mcmaster universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC),visual analog score(VAS)and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,and that of the control group was 75.00%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The WOMAC score and VAS score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder fire moxibustion at heat sensitive points can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms,improve joint function and the quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis of cold-dampness arthralgia type.
