摘  要:为煤制乙二醇废水的深度处理及回用中试提供合理的技术路线,采用“多介质过滤器+臭氧催化氧化+超滤+反渗透”进行煤制乙二醇废水深度处理回用中试。结果表明:“多介质过滤器+臭氧催化氧化+超滤”作为反渗透预处理工艺是完全可行的,出水能够完全达到反渗透进水要求。反渗透产水的COD、硬度、TDS和Cl-的去除率分别在98.2%、99.3%、99.1%和98.9%以上,产水水质均优于循环冷却水补水的水质标准。反渗透化学清洗周期约30 d,且清洗效果良好。This paper aims to provide a reasonable technical route for the advanced treatment and reuse pilot scale test of coal to ethylene glycol wastewater,as occurs by using"multi-media filter+ozone catalytic oxidation+ultra filtration+reverse osmosis".The pilot results show that the reverse osmosis pretreatment process of"multi-media filter+ozone catalytic oxidation+ultrafiltration"is completely feasible to be used,and the effluent can fully meet the requirements of reverse osmosis influent.The removal rates of COD,hardness,TDS and Cl-of the reverse osmosis are above 98.2%,99.3%,99.1%and 98.9%,respectively,and the quality of the product water is better than the water quality standard of circulating cooling water.The reverse osmosis chemical cleaning cycle is about 30 d,and the cleaning effect is better.
