摘 要:为研究掺杂二氧化锰的壳聚糖包覆碳酸钠改性粉煤灰复合材料对染料废水吸附性能的影响,将壳聚糖和二氧化锰负载到碳酸钠改性粉煤灰上,制备了NFA/CTS@MnO_(2)复合材料,研究其对模拟染料废水橙黄Ⅳ的吸附性能,并对其进行表征分析。结果表明:复合材料的N 2吸附/脱附等温线为Ⅳ型等温线,H_(3)型滞后环,比表面积和孔容均变大,更有利于吸附;复合材料的吸附等温线符合Langmuir拟合模型,相关系数为0.998。选用最佳初始溶液质量浓度为250 mg/L、吸附剂用量为3 g/L、pH为4、最佳温度为35℃,在30 min时吸附达到饱和状态,饱和状态的最大吸附量和去除率分别为82.14 mg/g和98.57%。This paper aims to study the effect of chitosan-coated sodium carbonate-modified fly ash composites doped with manganese dioxide on the adsorption performance of dye wastewater.The study consists of loading chitosan and manganese dioxide onto sodium carbonate modified fly ash;preparing NFA/CTS@MnO_(2) composites;studying the adsorption performance on orange IV in simulated dye wastewater;and characterizing and analyzing the adsorption performance.The results show that the N 2 adsorption/desorption isotherms of the composites are IV-type isotherms and H_(3)-type hysteresis loops,with larger specific surface area and pore volume,which are more favorable for adsorption.According to the batch adsorption experiments,the adsorption isotherms of the composites conform to the Langmuir fitting model,and the correlation coefficient is 0.998.The adsorption reaches the saturated state during 30 min in the presence of the optimal initial solution concentration 250 mg/L,the amount of adsorbent 3 g/L,the pH 4,the optimal temperature 35℃and the maximum adsorption capacity and removal rate of the saturated state are respectively 82.14 mg/g,98.57%.
