摘　　要：肺部真菌病(PFIs)以往常常被认为是少见疾病, 多发生于免疫抑制人群, 但近年来PFIs发病率呈快速增长趋势, PFIs的流行病学特征也发生着改变。本文综述了近年PFIs的演变特征, 以探讨PFIs流行病学的改变及意义。Pulmonary fungal infections(PFIs)was often considered as a rare disease in the past,mostly occurring in immunosuppressed people.However,in recent years,the incidence rate of PFIs has shown a rapid growth trend,and the epidemiological characteristics of PFIs have also changed.We will summarize the evolution characteristics of PFIs in recent years,so as to explore the changes and significance of the epidemiology of PFIs.
