摘  要:箱式电阻炉具有升温快、均匀性好、维修方便、简单易用的优点,被广泛应用于医药、食品、化工、仪器仪表、工矿企业、科研单位等领域。目前,主要依据JJF 1376-2012《箱式电阻炉校准规范》进行校准,但是在工作中存在校准时间长、难度大等问题。本文对校准流程进行梳理,对影响校准效率的环节进行分析并制定了对策,执行新的对策后平均每个温场的校准时间减少了23%。通过本文的研究,希望能为箱式电阻炉计量校准工作效率的提高提供参考。Box-type resistance furnaces have the advantages of fast heating, good uniformity, convenient maintenance, simple and easy to use, and are widely used in medicine, food, chemical industry, instrumentation, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units and other fields.At present, the calibration is mainly based on JJF 1376-2012 "Calibration Specification for Box-type Resistance Furnace", but there are problems such as long calibration time and great difficulty in the work.In this paper, the calibration process was combed, the processes of affecting the calibration efficiency were analyzed and countermeasures were formulated.After the implementation of the new countermeasures, the average calibration time of each temperature field was reduced by 23%.Through the study of this paper, it is hoped to provide reference for improving the efficiency of measurement and calibration of box-type resistance furnace.
