摘  要:以汽车吸能盒用6008合金型材作为研究对象,在相同的过时效制度下,研究不同升温时间对产品力学性能和压溃性能的影响。利用电子万能试验机和微机控制电液伺服万能试验机测试型材的力学性能和压溃性能,分析和对比其拉伸性能、压溃形貌及压溃等级。研究表明:升温时间会影响合金性能的均匀性,而6008合金型材在220℃/65 min的时效制度下,采用升温时间为65 min的方式可取得最佳的综合力学性能和稳定的压溃性能。In this paper, the effects of different heating time on the mechanical performances and crushing properties of automotive6008 alloy crush box profile were studied under the same overaging process. The mechanical properties and crushing properties of profiles were tested by electronic universal testing machine and microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, and their tensile properties, crushing morphology and crushing grade were analyzed and compared. The results show that the heating time affects the performance uniformity of the alloy, and the best comprehensive mechanical properties and stable crushing properties can be obtained by using the heating time of 65 min under the aging process of 220℃/65 min.
