摘　　要：采用体视镜、扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪等检测仪器,对7A04-T6铝合金管材裂纹缺陷进行了组织观察和检测分析,讨论了裂纹缺陷的形成原因。结果表明,管材加工件水压试验开裂是由氧化膜夹杂导致的。同时针对缺陷形成的原因,提出了降低氧化膜夹杂出现概率的措施。The crack defects of 7A04 aluminum alloy pipe were observed and analyzed by stereopicroscope, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The causes of the crack defects were discussed. The results show that the cracking of pipe workpiece is caused by the inclusion of oxide film. The measures to reduce the occurrence rate of oxide film inclusions were put forward.
