摘  要:通过计算机有限元数值分析与GH4163锻件锤锻模失效分析相结合,优化设计了该锻模梯度增材再制造模型及工艺。实际生产验证,再制造锻模锻打后模具基本无变形,模具表现很好,表面无明显的刮擦等现象,采用JX32焊材的模具局部表面呈金黄色,基本无磨损。原锻模压塌、墩挤变形以及磨损严重部位均得到极大改善,极大提高了该锻模的服役寿命。The gradient additive remanufacturing model and process of GH4163 forging die were optimized by combining the computer finite element numerical analysis with the failure analysis of hammer forging die. The actual production verification shows that there is basically no deformation and good performance of the remanufacturing forging die after forging. There is no obvious scraping and other phenomena on the surface. The local surface of the mold with JX32 welding material is golden yellow and basically no wear.The original forging die collapse, pier extrusion deformation and serious wear parts are greatly improved, which greatly improves the service life of the forging die.
