摘 要:钢铁生产过程会产生大量冶炼熔渣,蕴含丰富的高品质余热资源,熔渣余热的回收利用备受关注。目前,离心粒化法被认为是较有前景的处理方法,但存在处理量小、金属回收率低等不足。针对冶炼熔渣离心粒化及余热回收技术进行研究,探讨冶炼熔渣离心风淬粒化机理,设计具有风淬功能的冶炼熔渣双层离心粒化装置和多级余热高效回收利用系统。结果显示:通过热平衡分析和计算,多级余热回收利用系统的余热回收效率达76.88%,以年产16万t钢渣为例,每年可以节省8 834.63 t标准煤,产生经济效益约1 060.16万元。应用系统可以提高冶炼熔渣处理能力和金属回收率,高效回收其余热资源,为企业创造可观的经济效益,具有很好的工业化应用前景。The smelting slag produced in iron and steel production process, which contains abundant high-quality waste heat resources, the recovery and utilization of slag waste heat has attracted much attention. At present, centrifugal granulation is considered as the more promising treatment method, but it also has the disadvantages of small capacity and low metal recovery rate. In the paper, smelting slag centrifugal granulation and waste heat recovery technology are studied. The mechanism of smelting slag centrifugal air quenching granulation is discussed. A double-layer centrifugal granulating device for smelting slag with air quenching function and a multi-stage high-efficiency waste heat recovery and utilization system is designed. The results show that the waste heat recovery efficiency of the multi-stage waste heat recovery and utilization system can reach 76.88% by heat balance analysis and calculation. Taking the annual output of 160 000 tons steel slag as an example, it can save 8 834.63 tce, equivalent to economic benefit about 10.6 million yuan per year. The system can improve the processing capacity of smelting slag, improve the metal recovery rate, efficiently recover its waste heat resources, creating considerable economic benefits for enterprises. So it has a good industrial application prospect.
