摘　　要：随着计算机技术、通信技术的快速发展,尤其是人机交互技术的不断进步,智能电视行业取得了显著的成就。在智能电视发展过程中,人机交互技术逐渐成为其重要分支。对此,就我国智能电视人机交互技术的专利布局情况展开分析,以期为我国申请人在智能电视行业的专利研发提供帮助。With the rapid development of computer technology and communication technology,especially the continuous progress of intelligent interaction technology,the smart TV industry has made remarkable achievements.In the development of smart TV,intelligent man-machine interaction has gradually become an important branch.This paper analyzes the patent layout of smart TV intelligent manmachine interaction in China,so as to provide assistance for the patent research and development of Chinese applicants in the smart TV industry.
