摘　　要：近年来,随着可持续发展的重要性不断突显,转型金融引起了广泛关注。在“30.60”目标的硬约束下,我国经济转型既艰巨又迫切,转型金融将成为绿色金融的核心。2022年3月,中国人民银行等四部门联合浙江省人民政府出台《关于金融支持浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的意见》中明确提出“打造绿色金融浙江样板......推动衢州市探索基于碳账户的转型金融路径”,这标志着我国正式提出转型金融概念,也为浙江省衢州市碳账户金融工作指明了方向。In recent years,with the increasing importance of sustainable development,transition finance has attracted widespread attention.Under the hard constraints of the"3060"goal,China’s economic transition is arduous and urgent,and transition finance will become the core of green finance.In March 2022,the people’s Bank of China and other four departments jointly issued the"opinions on financial support for high-quality development in Zhejiang and the construction of a demonstration area of common prosperity",which clearly proposed"Building a model of green finance in Zhejiang...Promoting Quzhou to explore a path of transition finance based on carbon accounts",which means the official introduction of the concept of transition finance in China and lead a way for the development of carbon account finance in Quzhou.
