摘  要:美国和澳大利亚高校图书馆的教师馆员体系运营完备,具有明确的角色定位和专业资格要求。而我国高校图书馆无论是咨询馆员、参考馆员还是学科馆员针对学生群体学习方式转变过程中的服务均缺少全面性、针对性、个性化。基于高校图书馆岗位设置适应发展需要,高校图书馆员应承担教师职责、社会教育职能的考虑,我国高校图书馆有必要适应形势的发展建立教师馆员制度。借鉴国外先进经验,我国教师馆员角色可分为教师、课程设计者、教学伙伴、学术研究参与者、学科建设协调者、信息资源建设者,并开展相应服务;同时,高校图书馆还应建立教师馆员制度化和评估培养机制。The teacher librarian system of American and Australian libraries is well operated,with clear role orientation and professional qualification requirements.However,the services provided by university libraries in China,whether they are consulting librarians,reference librarians or subject librarians in the process of changing the learning methods for student groups,are lacking in comprehensiveness,pertinence and individuality.Based on the consideration that the post setting of university libraries should meet the needs of development,university librarians should assume the responsibilities of teachers and social education functions.It is necessary for university libraries in China to establish a teacher librarian system to adapt to the development of the situation.Drawing on the advanced experience of foreign countries,the role of teacher librarians in China can be divided into teachers,curriculum designers,teaching partners,academic research participants,discipline construction coordinators,and information resource builders,and carry out corresponding services.At the same time,university libraries also should establish the institutionalization of teacher librarian and evaluation and training mechanism.
