江苏省家政服务业发展区域差异及影响因素——基于网络大数据分析

摘　　要：基于“天眼查”网络大数据,采用变异系数、灰色关联分析等方法探讨江苏省家政服务业发展区域差异,剖析其影响因素。结果表明:(1)江苏省家政服务业发展区域差异显著,苏南地区发展水平较高,南京、苏州始终领跑全省,苏中、苏北地区多数城市发展水平较低。(2)不同类型企业的区域差异不尽相同,提供保洁服务的企业区域差异最大,其次是母婴、养老服务类企业;有限责任公司、注册资本为10万元以上的企业发展区域差异略小于整体发展水平,盐城市有限责任公司占比为全省最高。(3)经济社会、人口系统各项指标与家政服务业发展存在较强关联,经济社会系统的影响高于人口系统,且关联度存在显著的地域性。最后,提出加大对家政服务业的支持力度、推进“互联网+”战略、关注“一老一小”市场等建议,以期为因地制宜促进江苏家政服务业高质量发展提供决策依据。This paper analyzes the regional disparities of domestic service industry development and its influencing factors in Jiangsu province on the basis of “tianyancha” network big data by the methods of coefficient of variation and grey correlation analysis.The results show as follows:(1) There are significant regional disparities in the development of domestic service industry,i.e.,the development level of southern Jiangsu is relatively high,with Nanjing and Suzhou always leading the whole province while most cities in central and northern Jiangsu are relatively low;(2) The regional disparities of different types of enterprises are not the same,i.e.,the enterprises providing cleaning services have presented the largest regional differences,followed by the enterprises providing maternal and infant services and pension services;the regional disparities of limited liability companies and enterprises with registered capital of more than 100 000 yuan are slightly less than that of the overall development level,and the proportion of Yancheng limited liability companies is the highest in the province;(3) There is a strong correlation between the indicators of economic society and population system and the development level of domestic service industry;the influence of economic and social system on the development level of domestic service industry is higher than that of population system,and the correlation degree has shown significant regional characteristics.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to provide decision-making basis for promoting the high-quality development of Jiangsu domestic service industry in accordance with local conditions,including increasing the support for domestic service industry,promoting the “Internet plus” strategy,and focusing on “the elderly and young children” market.
