摘　　要：随着新时代社会的发展和信息化进程的加快,信息时代社会背景下的林业必然会推动林业科技管理的创新,同时也对林业科技管理提出了新要求、新目标和新挑战。结合实际工作,做好新形势下林业科技管理工作,为创新科技管理机制,服务国家战略需要。本文以中国林业科学研究院热带林业研究所为例,在总结“十三五”期间取得的科研工作成就的基础上,介绍了科研管理工作中的一些创新做法,提出逐步优化科技管理制度、提升科技管理服务水平、梳理各类科技平台资源、提升科研管理信息化水平的建议。通过完善制度、优化服务等一系列举措,推进科技领域新改革,充分发挥本所特色,为区域林业发展和生态环境建设提供科技支撑,科研工作取得了一定成效,为“十四五”及今后一段时间同类林业科研院所发展提供参考。With the development of society in the new era and the acceleration of information process,forestry under the social background of information age will certainly promote the innovation of forestry science and technology management,at the same time,it also puts forward new requirements,new goals and new challenges to forestry science and technology management.Combined with the actual work,do a good job in forestry science and technology management under the new situation is required,in order to innovative science and technology management mechanism,and serve national strategy needs.This paper takes the Research Institute of Tropical Forestry of CAF as an example,on the basis of summarizing the achievements of scientific research during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period,some innovative practices in scientific research management were introduced,suggestions on the gradual optimization of science and technology management system,improvement of the level of science and technology management and services,sorting out various science and technology platform resources,improvement of the level of informationization of scientific research management were put forward.Through a series of measures such as improving systems and optimizing services,promoting the new reform in the field of science and technology,giving full play to the characteristics of the institute,providing scientific and technological support for regional forestry development and ecological environment construction,the scientific research work has achieved certain results,providing reference for the development of similar forestry research institutes in the“14th Five-year plan”and in the future.
