聚焦解决护理模式在初产妇产后出血护理中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨研究聚焦解决护理模式在初产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法 将2020年5月至2021年5月期间于我院分娩的初产妇中抽出82例作观察对象,均确诊存在产后出血症状,后以护理方法差异性进行观察、对照分组。其中,41例产妇予以常规护理,视为对照组;41例产妇选择聚焦解决护理模式,视为观察组。比较两组产妇产后出血量及恢复时间、SDS和SAS评分及生活质量评分。结果 观察组产后阴道出血量(218.03±9.45)m L、排气时间(15.63±5.42)h、下床时间(24.42±6.15)h、住院时间(3.15±1.45)d均低于对照组(t=37.029、7.368、8.597、5.550,P <0.05);观察组SAS(39.32±2.45)分和SDS(35.33±3.58)分均低于对照组(t=11.778、13.376,P <0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度为92.68%,显著高于对照组的70.73%(χ^(2)=6.60,P <0.05)。结论 聚焦解决护理模式在初产妇产后出血护理中的应用,不仅能减少其产后出血量,加快产妇术后恢复进度,还能有效缓解其分娩期间的负面情绪,改善产妇生活质量,提高护理满意度,整体应用价值显著,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effect of focus on solving nursing mode in primary and postpartum hemorrhage.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,82 primipara who gave birth in our hospital were selected for observation.All of them were confirmed to have postpartum hemorrhage symptoms.Among them,41 parturient women were treated as control group,41 parturient women were treated as observation group,and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and recovery time,SDS and SAS scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The postpartum vaginal bleeding volume(218.03±9.45)mL,exhaust time(15.63±5.42)h,bed time(24.42±6.15)h,and hospitalization time(3.15±1.45)d in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=37.029,7.368,8.597,5.550,P<0.05);SAS(39.32±2.45)and SDS(35.33±3.58)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=11.778,13.376,P<0.05);The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.68%,which was significantly higher than 70.73%of the control group(χ^(2)=6.60,P<0.05).Conclusion Focusing on solving nursing mode the application of primary and maternal postpartum bleeding nursing can not only reduce the postpartum bleeding,accelerate the postoperative recovery progress,but also effectively relieve the negative emotions during delivery,improve the quality of maternal life and improve nursing satisfaction.The overall application value is significant,which is worth promoting.
