术后冰敷护理应用于射频消融术治疗甲状腺结节患者中的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察对接受射频消融术治疗的甲状腺结节患者术后采取冰敷护理的临床应用效果。方法 选取于2020年6月至2022年6月在我院接受射频消融术治疗的50例甲状腺结节患者作为本次研究对象,根据数字表法采取随机分组方式将这50例甲状腺结节患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各25例;其中,对照组(25例)患者采用常规护理干预,观察组(25例)患者实施常规护理+冰敷护理干预。统计两组临床护理效果并进行分析比较。结果 观察组各项甲状腺功能评分显著优于对照组(P﹤0.05);两组术后疼痛评分比较,对照组术后4 h、术后8 h及术后24 h疼痛评分均高于观察组患者(P﹤0.05);术后观察组4 h、8 h、24 h颈部肿胀总发生率率均低于对照组(P﹤0.05);观察组术后颈部渗血时间评分均明显低于对照组(P﹤0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率4.00%低于对照组的24.00%(P﹤0.05)。结论 甲状腺结节患者在接受射频消融术治疗后,采取冰敷护理模式进行护理,可显著提高患者各项甲状腺功能,减轻术后疼痛程度,且有助于降低患者颈部肿胀程度并有效缩减术后渗血时间,从而提高患者临床治疗效果及疾病恢复效率,操作方法简单、效果明显,值得临床广泛应用及推广。Objective To observe the clinical application effect of ice nursing for patients with thyroid nodules after radiofrequency ablation.Methods A total of 50 patients with thyroid nodules who received radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the number table method,these 50 patients with thyroid nodules were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in each group.Among them,the control group(25 cases)received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group(25 cases)received routine nursing and ice nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effect of two groups was analyzed and compared.Results The scores of thyroid functions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the control group at 4 h,8 h and 24 h after operation were higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of neck swelling at 4 h,8 h and 24 h after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative neck bleeding time scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(4.00%)was lower than the control group(24.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion After radiofrequency ablation therapy in patients with thyroid nodules,take ice compress to nursing mode can significantly improve the patients with thyroid function,reduce postoperative pain degree,and helps to reduce the degree of swelling of the neck and effectively reduce postoperative bleeding time,so as to improve the effect of clinical treatment and disease recovery efficiency,operation method is simple and obvious effect.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
