摘　　要：目的 探讨克尤瑞坦联合外用盐酸氨酮戊酸散(aminolevulinic acid,ALA)光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣临床疗效。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年1月收治的湿疣患者142例作研究对象,随机分成治疗组、对照组,各71例,治疗组ALA光动力治疗后联合克尤瑞坦治疗,对照组ALA光动力治疗后联合α干扰素治疗,比较两组治疗前后临床疗效、疣体直径与疣体脱落率、HPV病毒清除率。结果 (1)对照组总有效率87.32%,治疗组95.77%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。(2)治疗组治疗后4、6、8、12周时疣体直径改善均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。(3)治疗组总复发率7.04%,对照组19.72%,治疗组总复发率较对照组显著偏低(P <0.05)。(4)治疗组总不良反应发生率(4.23%)较对照组(19.72%)显著偏低(P <0.05)。(5)治疗组治疗6、8周时疣体脱落率(80.00%和95.90%)较对照组(64.43%和86.60%)显著更高(P <0.05)。(6)治疗组治疗炎性因子表达水平明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 克尤瑞坦联合ALA光动力疗法能有效改善尖锐湿疣患者的临床疗效,降低疣体直径,提高疣体脱落率和HPV病毒清除率,降低HPV感染风险和复发率,缩短病程周期,有较好的临床应用于推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Keuritan combined with topical aminolevulinic acid(ALA)photodynamic therapy in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods One hundred and forty-two cases of condyloma patients admitted from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research objects,and randomly were divided into treatment group and control group,71 cases in each group,the treatment group combined with Keuritan after ALA photodynamic therapy,the control group combined with interferonαafter ALA photodynamic therapy.The clinical efficacy,warts diameter,warts shedding rate and HPV virus clearance rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results(1)The total effective rate of the control group was 87.32%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.77%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The improvement of warts diameter in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)at 4,6,8 and 12 weeks after treatment.(3)The total recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.04%and 19.72%in the control group,and the total recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(4.23%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.72%)(P<0.05).(5)The rate of wart shedding(80.00%and 95.90%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(64.43%and 86.60%)(P<0.05)during 6/8 weeks of treatment.(6)The expression level of inflammatory factors in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Keuritan combined with ALA photodynamic therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with condyloma acuminatum,reduce the diameter of the wart,improve the rate of warts shedding and HPV virus clearance,reduce the risk of HPV infection and recurrence ra
