注射用兰索拉唑与脱氧核苷酸钠注射液存在配伍禁忌

摘　　要：目的 研究兰索拉唑和脱氧核苷酸钠注射液的配伍禁忌问题。方法 于2019年1月至2020年1月消化内科护理人员中随机抽取26例,分为两组,对照组给予常规培训教育,观察组加强对配伍禁忌的教学,对比两组护理人员配伍考核结果。另于消化内科出现输液不良事件的患者中随机抽取15例,分析不良事件的原因。结果 经本文研究,患者输液不良事件中,非正常拔管6例(40.00%),配伍错误4例(26.67%),计量错误4例(26.67%),药物错误1例(6.67%),对照组护理人员配伍顺序(20.04±0.82)分,配伍用具(21.93±0.71)分,配伍计量(20.87±0.62)分,配伍禁忌(20.24±0.50)分。观察组护理人员配伍顺序(23.16±1.02)分,配伍用具(23.36±1.34)分,配伍计量(23.82±0.97)分,配伍禁忌(24.04±0.59)分。组间对比有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在注射剂配伍检索表中,针对兰索拉唑和脱氧核苷酸钠的配伍禁忌问题未明确提出,护理人员在联合用药时容易忽略配伍禁忌,影响注射治疗安全性。临床上应用以上两种药物治疗时,要间隔给药时间,分开给药,注意更换冲洗注射器,减缓输液速度。给药后要观察患者的反应,观察注射器内液体性状,发现异常时立即处理,保证用药安全。Objective To study the incompatibility of lansoprazole and sodium deoxynucleotide injection.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,26 cases were randomly selected from the nursing staff in the department of gastroenterology and divided into two groups.The control group was given routine training and education,the observation group was strengthened with the teaching of incompatibilities,and the compatibility assessment of the two groups of nurses was compared.In addition,15 patients with adverse events of infusion in the department of gastroenterology were randomly selected to analyze the causes of adverse events.Results In this study,among the adverse events of infusion,6 cases(40.00%)of abnormal extubation,4 cases(26.67%)of compatibility errors,4 cases(26.67%)of measurement errors,1 case of drug errors(6.67%).The nursing staff in the control group scored(20.04±0.82)points for compatibility order,(21.93±0.71)points for compatibility equipment,(20.87±0.62)points for compatibility measurement,and(20.24±0.50)points for incompatibility.The nursing staff in the observation group scored(23.16±1.02)points for compatibility order,(23.36±1.34)points for compatibility equipment,(23.82±0.97)points for compatibility measurement,and(24.04±0.59)points for incompatibility.The comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the injection compatibility search table,the incompatibility of lansoprazole and sodium deoxynucleotide is not clearly raised.Nursing staff tend to ignore the incompatibility when combined medication,which affects the safety of injection therapy.In the clinical application of the above two drugs,the administration time should be separated,the administration should be separated,the flushing syringe should be replaced,and the infusion rate should be slowed down.After administration,the patient's reaction should be observed,the liquid properties in the syringe should be observed,and any abnormality should be dealt with immediately to ensure medication safety.
