全程护理在无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查中的效果观察及不良反应发生率分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨全程护理在无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查中的效果,以及对不良反应发生情况的影响。方法 此研究80例患者均接受无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查,均为在2021年1月至2022年6月所设定的研究时间内收治;随机开展规范的分组操作,对照组针对所纳入的40例运用常规护理,观察组所纳入的40例在常规基础上运用全程护理,就参与试验的两个组别在检查前和检查后5min的心率、血压、护理前后心理状态评分观测值、麻醉用药时间及操作时间、不良反应率观测值、护理满意度观测结果施以比较。结果 检查前经对两个组别的血压、心率进行观测,差异不明显(P> 0.05),在检查后5 min,再次进行评测,两组血压、心率观测值均呈下降状况,但观察组居更高水平表现,差异符合P <0.05。在实施各项护理措施前,经对两组SAS、SDS评分进行评估,显示无明显差异,但在展开各项护理干预工作后,两组SAS、SDS评分观测值均呈下降状况,且观察组更突出,差异符合P <0.05。在各项护理事宜展开后,经对两个组别的麻醉用药时间及操作时间进行评测,观察组所测得时间均呈更短显示(P <0.05)。经对两个组别的不良反应率进行评测,其值分别为5.00%、25.00%,观察组观测值更低(P <0.05)。经对两个组别的护理满意度加以评测,其值分别为97.50%、72.50%,观察组观测值更高(P <0.05)。结论 对于无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查患者施以全程护理,可有效避免心率、血压异常降低,使患者保持良好稳定的心理状态,缩短麻醉用药及操作时间,减少不良反应,有效保证患者满意。Objective To explore the effect of whole course nursing in painless gastroscopy combined with enteroscopy and its influence on the occurrence of adverse reactions.Methods The 80 patients in this study received painless gastroscopy combined with enteroscopy,all of whom were treated within the study time set from January 2021 to June 2022;Randomized and standardized grouping operation was carried out.The control group used routine nursing for 40 patients,and the observation group used full course nursing on the basis of routine nursing for 40 patients.The heart rate,blood pressure,observation value of psychological state score before and after nursing,anesthetic administration time and operation time,observation value of adverse reaction rate,and observation result of nursing satisfaction of the two groups participating in the experiment were compared before and 5 minutes after the examination.Results The blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were observed before the examination,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).After 5 minutes of examination,the blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were evaluated again.The observed values of blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were decreased,but the observation group was at a higher level,and the difference was consistent with P<0.05.Before the implementation of various nursing measures,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were evaluated and showed no significant difference.However,after the implementation of various nursing interventions,the observed values of SAS and SDS scores of the two groups showed a decline,and the observation group was more prominent,the difference was consistent with P<0.05.After all the nursing matters were carried out,the time of anesthetic administration and operation in the two groups were evaluated,and the time measured in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rates of the two groups were evaluated and their values were 5.00%and 25.00%,respectively.The observation values of th
