新生儿护理干预对预防新生儿皮肤抓伤和管道脱落的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 对于新生儿护理干预在预防新生儿皮肤抓伤以及管道脱落中的应用效果进行探讨。方法 选取我院2018年3月至2019年3月接诊的60例新生儿作为本次研究对象,通过随机数字表法对所选新生儿加以分组,给予其中30例新生儿常规护理措施,作为对照组,给予剩余30例新生儿系统化护理干预措施,作为研究组,对比两组新生儿接受不同护理干预措施之后产生意外事件情况。结果 两组新生儿接受不同护理措施之后,皮肤抓伤、氧气管、胃管以及留置针脱落事件出现概率对比存在显著统计学差异。结论 新生儿指的是从母体成功分娩之后不足28 d的新生婴儿,新生儿属于医院疾病治疗中相对特殊的群体,新生儿因为自身身体的限制,各项系统和器官还没有完善发育成熟,所以对于外界细菌以及病毒抵抗能力下降,十分容易遭受微生物入侵,影响新生儿的身体健康,增加新生儿家庭的经济负担,一般情况下新生儿免疫功能比较薄弱,对于四周光线强度以及温、湿度适应程度不足,所以为了确保新生儿能够良好的适应外界社会,大部分新生儿需要生活在育婴室中一段时间。由于新生儿不存在自主意识,对于任何事物会产生习惯性拉扯,十分容易出现皮肤抓伤以及导管脱落等意外事件,对于新生儿的健康造成影响。临床中为新生儿提供良好的系统化护理干预措施,能够减少皮肤抓伤、留置针脱落以及管道脱落等意外事件出现概率,应该给予大力的推广与应用。Objective To explore the application effect of neonatal nursing intervention in the prevention of neonatal skin scratch and pipeline falling off.Methods Sixty newborns received in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the objects of this study.The selected newborns were divided into groups by the method of random number table.Thirty of them were given routine nursing measures,as the control group,and the remaining 30 newborns were given systematic nursing interventions,as the study group.After receiving different nursing interventions,the two groups were compared unexpected events.Results There were significant differences in the incidence of skin scratch,oxygen tube,gastric tube and indwelling needle dropping between the two groups.Conclusion Refers to the newborn from maternal successful newborn babies less than 28 days after birth,neonatal belongs to special groups in the hospital treatment,the newborn because of the limitation of their own body,the system has a perfect and organ is not mature,so for the bacteria and virus resistance drop,very vulnerable to microbial invasion,affect the health of the newborn,Increased neonatal family economic burden,usually neonatal immune function is weak,and to adapt to the light intensity and temperature and humidity around the degree is not enough,so in order to ensure that a newborn can well adapt to the outside world society,most of the newborn babies need to live in a time in the nursery.Due to the newborn does not exist independent consciousness,for any things will produce habitual pull,it is very prone to skin scratches.Catheter shedding and other accidents,which have an impact on the health of newborns.In clinical practice,providing good systematic nursing interventions for newborns can reduce the incidence of skin scratches,indwelling needle shedding,pipe shedding and other accidents,which should be vigorously promoted and applied.
