手术室护理术前访视与宣教对患者术前不良情绪及睡眠质量影响评价

摘　　要：目的 评价手术者术前护理工作中实施术前访视与宣教对其术前不良情绪以及睡眠质量产生的具体影响。方法 自2020年6月至2022年10月从本院手术室内确定手术时间的手术者中选定58例,按照抛硬币法分为A、B组,A组进行传统术前指导干预;B组进行术前访视与宣教干预,评价不同干预模式下手术者依从性、满意度、术前不良情绪与睡眠质量评分。结果 A组与B组手术者干预后满意率分别为72.41%、96.55%;依从率75.86%、100.00%,B组高于A组。PSQI评分(14.28±1.01)分、(8.99±1.00)分,焦虑感(48.62±2.11)分、(46.78±0.88)分,抑郁感(50.42±3.55)分、(47.96±0.73)分,B组低于A组,组间数据呈现统计学意义(P=0.030/0.016/0.000/0.000/0.001)。结论 术前访视与宣教应用于手术室护理工作中,可对手术者睡眠质量乃至术前不良情绪的有效舒缓带来促进影响。Objective To evaluate the specific impact of preoperative visit and education on the preoperative bad mood and sleep quality of surgeons.Methods From June 2020 to October 2022,58 patients were selected from the operating room of our hospital to determine the operation time.They were divided into group A and group B according to the coin toss method.Group A received traditional preoperative guidance intervention;Group B received preoperative visit and education intervention to evaluate the compliance,satisfaction,preoperative bad mood and sleep quality score of the operators under different intervention modes.Results The satisfactory rate of group A and group B was 72.41%and 96.55%respectively;The compliance rate was 75.86%and 100.00%,in group B which was higher than that in group A.PSQI score:(14.28±1.01),(8.99±1.00),anxiety(48.62±2.11),(46.78±0.88),depression(50.42±3.55),(47.96±0.73)were lower in group B than in group A.The data between groups showed statistical significance(P=0.030/0.016/0.000/0.001).Conclusion The application of preoperative visit and education in the nursing work of the operating room can promote the sleep quality of the operators and effectively relieve the preoperative bad mood.
