观察药物流产不全清宫术的临床护理干预方法

摘　　要：目的 探讨药物流产不全清宫术的效果及护理效果。方法 选取我院2021年1月至2022年6月药物流产不全清宫术患者70例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组35例与研究组35例。对照组患者行常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予全方位护理干预。比较两组护理后的不良情绪评分、阴道总的出血量、并发症发生率和护理满意度等情况。结果 经过护理之后,研究组心理症状量表SCL-90评分显著低于对照组,P <0.05。研究组的护理满意度比对照组高(P <0.05)。研究组阴道总的出血量(138.21±11.21)m L低于对照组(238.32±22.12)mL,P <0.05。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组无出现并发症,而对照组并发症7例,占20.00%。结论 药物流产不全清宫术患者实施全方位护理干预效果确切,能够有效减轻患者的不良情绪,可提高护理满意度,减少阴道出血量,减少并发症的发生,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect and nursing effect of incomplete uterine evacuation in medical abortion.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022 in our hospital,70 patients with incomplete uterine evacuation due to medical abortion were selected,and they were divided into a control group of 35 cases and a research group of 35 cases by random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the research group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The adverse mood score,total vaginal bleeding volume,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results After nursing,the psychological symptom scale SCL-90 score of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total vaginal bleeding volume of the research group was(138.21±11.21)mL lower than that of the control group(238.32±22.12)mL,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no complications in the research group,while there were 7 complications in the control group,accounting for 20.00%.Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with incomplete uterine evacuation in medical abortion is definite,which can effectively relieve the patient's negative emotions,improve nursing satisfaction,reduce vaginal bleeding,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
