舒适护理用于小儿静脉输液护理中的效果及对穿刺成功率的影响

摘　　要：目的 评价小儿静脉输液护理工作中应用舒适护理干预对穿刺成功率等方面的影响,以提高小儿一次性穿刺成功率与小儿输液质量、安全性。方法 选择我院2019年1月至2019年8月期间儿科输液治疗的200例小儿,进行护理随机分组。试验1组100例输液小儿、试验2组100例输液小儿分别采取常规护理以及舒适护理干预。比较试验1组与试验2组输液治疗小儿哭闹率、主动配合度、一次穿刺成功率以及家属的护理质量评分。结果 试验2组小儿主动配合度明显高于试验1组(91%vs. 80%),小儿哭闹率明显低于试验1组(3%vs. 12%),一次穿刺成功率明显高于试验1组(100%vs. 92%),差异均有统计学意义,均P <0.05。试验2组的护理质量评分明显高于试验1组,差异均有统计学意义,均P <0.05。结论 在常规护理基础上舒适护理的有效运用可以提高输液治疗小儿的配合程度、一次穿刺成功率,提高护理质量的同时满足了家属护理需求。Objective To evaluate the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on the success rate of children's intravenous infusion nursing,so as to improve the success rate of children's one-time puncture,the quality and safety of children's infusion.Methods A total of 200 children who were treated by pediatric infusion from January 2019 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing and comfortable nursing intervention were adopted for 100 children in the test group 1 and 100 children in the test group 2.To compare the crying rate,active cooperation degree,success rate of one-time puncture and nursing quality score of family members between the two groups.Results The active cooperation rate of children in test group 2 was significantly higher than that in test group 1(91%vs.80%),the crying rate of children in test gruoup 2 was significantly lower than that in test group 1(3%vs.12%),and the success rate of one puncturein test gruoup 2 significantly higher than that of test group 1(100%vs.92%),the differences were statistically significant,P<0.05.The nursing quality scores of the test group 2 were significantly higher than those in test group 1,the differences were statistically significant,all P<0.05.Conclusion The effective application of comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing can improve the cooperation degree of infusion therapy for children,the success rate of one-time puncture,improve the quality of nursing and meet the nursing needs of family members.
