探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并呼吸衰竭的护理疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨分析将综合护理干预应用于接受无创呼吸机治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者的效果。方法 选取我院收治的80例接受无创呼吸机治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭患者开展本次研究,患者入院时间为2019年5月至2020年5月,根据患者的入院时间进行分组,其中先入院的40例患者为参照组实施常规护理干预,给予患者无创呼吸机治疗,监测患者各项生命体征,选取型号适宜的面罩,做好呼吸机准备工作,协助患者采取适宜体位。后入院的40例患者为研究组实施综合护理干预,给予患者心理护理,该病患者病情发展时间长,患者大多存在不同程度的负性情绪,护理人员需积极与患者沟通,了解其情绪产生原因,采取针对性疏导方法,强化健康教育,详细为患者讲解疾病相关知识,无创呼吸机治疗目的和优势等,实施对症护理,确保患者口鼻腔清洁,给予患者营养支持,为其补充充足的能量,促使患者机体免疫能力提升。观察对两组患者的护理效果。结果比较两组的并发症发生情况、护理满意度以及各项血气指标,研究组均优于参照组(P <0.05)。结论 根据本次研究的结果可以确认,将综合护理干预应用于接受无创呼吸机治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭的患者有着更为理想的效果,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure who received non-invasive ventilator treatment.Methods Select our hospital 80 cases of noninvasive ventilator therapy of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure to carry out the study,patients admitted to hospital for in May 2019 to May 2020,according to the patient's admission time group.Of these,40 patients admitted first were treated as reference groups for routine care interventions,and to give patients noninvasive ventilator therapy,monitoring patient vital signs,to select model appropriate mask,make preparations for breathing machine,and assist patients to take appropriate postures.The 40 patients who were subsequently admitted to the hospital implemented an integrated nursing intervention for the study group,long time of development of the disease patients,patients are different degree of negative emotions,nurses need to actively communicate with patients,understand the sentiment reason,adopts the corresponding channel method,strengthening health education,explain in detail for patient disease-related knowledge,noninvasive ventilator treatment purpose and advantages,the implementation of symptomatic care,to ensure that patients with nasal cavity clean,give patients nutrition support,replenish sufficient energy,improve the body's immune ability,encourage patients.To observe the effect of two groups of patients nursing.Results The complications,nursing satisfaction and blood gas indexes of the two groups were compared,and the study group was better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions According to the results of this study,it can be confirmed that the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure who received non-invasive ventilator treatment has a more ideal effect,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
