基于集束化护理理念的风险管理在预防住院患儿跌倒中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基于集束化护理理念的风险管理在预防住院患儿跌倒中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年8月于本院住院的160例住院患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患儿分为对照组(n=80)与试验组(n=80)。所有患儿住院期间均接受常规护理,在此基础上,试验组患儿加用基于集束化护理理念的风险管理。连续护理至出院,比较两组患儿跌倒发生率、患儿家属跌倒预防知识掌握度、跌倒风险因素评估及护理工作的满意度。结果试验组跌倒总发生率1.25%低于对照组(8.75%)(χ^(2)=4.737,P=0.030);试验组总掌握度95.00%高于对照组(76.25%)(χ^(2)=11.425,P=0.001);试验组干预后个人因素、躯体因素、药物因素、环境因素、疾病因素评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总满意度96.25%高于对照组(85.00%)(χ^(2)=5.959,P=0.015)。结论基于集束化护理理念的风险管理应用于住院患儿中,可有效降低患儿跌倒风险,提升家属跌倒预防知识的掌握度,从而显著提升家属的护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of risk management based on the concept of cluster nursing in preventing falls in hospitalized children.Methods A total of 160 hospitalized children who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(n=80)and the experimental group(n=80)by random number table method.All the children received routine care during hospitalization.On this basis,the children in the experimental group received risk management based on the concept of cluster nursing.From continuous nursing to discharge,the incidence of falls,the knowledge of fall prevention in the families of the children,the assessment of fall risk factors,and the satisfaction of nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of falls in the experimental group was 1.25%lower than that in the control group(8.75%)(χ^(2)=4.737,P=0.030);The total mastery degree in the experimental group was 95.00%higher than that in the control group(76.25%)(χ^(2)=11.425,P=0.001);The experimental group after the intervention,the scores of personal factors,physical factors,drug factors,environmental factors and disease factors were all lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.25%higher than that of the control group(85.00%)(χ^(2)=5.959,P=0.015).Conclusion The application of risk management based on the concept of cluster nursing in hospitalized children can effectively reduce the risk of falls in children,improve the mastery of fall prevention knowledge of family members,and significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.
