摘 要:采用高转速PREP法制备TC4钛合金粉末;并将其用于SLM成型。利用扫描电子显微镜、全自动粒度粒形分析仪及氧氮分析仪对粉末形貌、粒度粒形及氧氮含量进行测量;分析讨论制备工艺对粉末形貌、粒度、球形度、合金元素含量和收率的影响。利用金相显微镜、万能电子试验机研究SLM工艺及粉末性能对TC4钛合金组织性能的影响。结果表明,电极转速越高,粉末粒径越小、球形度及细粉收率越高;采用50000r·min^(-1)转速可制得形度96.8%、细粉收率14.3%的TC4钛合金粉末。TC4钛合金粉末具有龟裂表面和光滑表面两种形貌;粉末粒径越小表面越光滑、球形度越高、Al和V元素含量越高。采用SLM成型工艺制得的TC4钛合金的拉伸及屈服强度均可达1200MPa以上,弹性模量达到120GPa以上。TC4 titanium alloy powder was prepared by high speed plasma rotating electrode process(PREP).And use it for SLM molding.The powder morphology,particle size,and oxygen nitrogen content were measured by scanning electron microscope,automatic particle size analyzer,and oxygen nitrogen analyzer.The effects of preparation process on powder morphology,particle size,sphericity,alloy element content,and yield were discussed.The effects of SLM process and powder properties on microstructure and properties of TC4 titanium alloy were studied by metallographic microscope and universal electronic testing machine.The results showed that the higher the electrode rotation speed,the smaller the particle size,and the higher the sphericity and the yield of fine powder.TC4titanium alloy powder with a shape degree of 96.8%and fine powder yield of 14.3%can be prepared by using50000r·min^(-1)speed.TC4 alloy powder has a crack surface and a smooth surface.The smaller the particle size of the powder,the smoother the surface,the higher the sphericity,and the higher the content of Al and V elements.The tensile and yield strength of TC4 titanium alloy prepared by the SLM forming process can reach more than1200 MPa,and the elastic modulus can reach more than 120GPa.
