摘  要:基于Agient 7890A GC气相色谱仪和4820Eclipse吹扫捕集仪建立了一种室内空气高效甲醛测定方法。设计实验讨论了甲醛溶液中甲醇含量、氮气吹扫流速和时间对测定结果的影响。研究结果显示,当甲醛溶液中甲醇含量为30μL,N吹扫时间为11min,流速为40m L·min^(-1)的条件下,具有最佳的样品提取效率。线性相关系数r=0.998,回归方程Y=3.493+0.825X,方法检出限0.02μg·L^(-1),精密度相对标准偏差RSD 1.78%,加标回收率为100.5%。该方法检测结果与酚试剂法的相对误差在-4.04%~3.43%。方法操作简单、准确度和精密度较好,具有较好的推广应用价值。A method for the determination of formaldehyde in indoor air was established based on agient 7890A GC gas chromatograph and 4820 Eclipse purge and trap instrument.The effects of methanol content in formaldehyde solution,nitrogen purging flow rate and time on the determination results were discussed.The results showed that when the methanol content in formaldehyde solution is 30μL.The best sample extraction efficiency was obtained when the nitrogen purging time was 11min and the flow rate was 40mL·min^(-1).The linear correlation coefficient is r=0.998,the regression equation is Y=3.493+0.825X,and the detection limit of the method is 0.02μg·L^(-1),RSD of precision was 1.78%,and the recovery was 100.5%.The relative error between this method and phenol reagent method is-4.04%~3.43%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,good accuracy and precision,and has good popularization and application value.
