摘  要:利用干法灰化和石墨消解进行样品前处理,在选定条件下使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定人发中的铅。实验结果为:两种方法检出限分别为0.028μg·g^(-1)和0.015μg·g^(-1)。两种方法分别对国家一级标准物质进行测定,进行标准值与测定值比对,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为5.71%和4.52%。结果表明,两种方法处理样品完全,分析快速方便,消耗试剂量少,呈现较好的准确度和较高的精密度,测试结果较为理想。Using the process of dry podzol and graphite dissolving,the lead of the person was determined by using the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Test determination:the two methods were detected to be 0.028μg·g^(-1)and 0.015μg·g^(-1).The two methods were measured by the national standard material,which was compared to the measured value,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 5.71%and 4.52%respectively.The results showed that the two methods are fully processed,the analysis is quick and convenient,the consumption of the reagent is low,the accuracy of the test is better and the higher precision density is presented,and the test results are ideal.
