摘  要:为提高粉煤灰对烟气中SO_(2)的吸附效果,采用不同化学激发剂对其进行了化学改性,考察了不同类型化学激发剂加量对改性粉煤灰比表面积的影响,并开展了改性粉煤灰吸附剂对模拟烟气中SO_(2)的吸附效果评价。结果表明,不同类型的化学激发剂均能有效增大改性粉煤灰的比表面积,其中化学激发剂Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O对粉煤灰的改性效果最好,在合适的加量条件下,可使改性粉煤灰吸附剂的比表面积增大至119.4m^(2)·g,与未改性时相比增大了一倍多。在SO_(2)初始体积浓度为0.3%的模拟烟气中,当Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O改性粉煤灰吸附剂的含湿量为25%,气体流速为350L·h,实验温度为100℃时,SO_(2)的吸附效果最好,脱硫率降低至50%以下的时间可以延长至65min。研究结果说明,化学改性法制备的粉煤灰吸附剂能够有效提高烟气中SO_(2)的吸附效果。In order to improve the adsorption effect of fly ash on sulfur dioxide in flue gas,different chemical activators were used to chemically modify it,the influence of different types of chemical activators on the specific surface area of modified fly ash was investigated,and the adsorption effect of modified fly ash adsorbent on sulfur dioxide in simulated flue gas was evaluated.The results showed that different types of chemical activators can effectively increase the specific surface area of modified fly ash,among which the chemical activator NaSiO·9HO has the best modification effect on fly ash.Under appropriate dosage conditions,the specific surface area of modified fly ash adsorbent can be increased to 119.4m^(2)·g,which is more than twice that of unmodified fly ash.In the simulated flue gas with the initial volume concentration of sulfur dioxide of 0.3%,when the moisture content of NaSiO·9HO modified fly ash adsorbent is 25%,the gas flow rate is 350L·h,and the experimental temperature is 100℃,the adsorption effect of sulfur dioxide is the best,and the time when the desulfurization rate is reduced to less than50%can be extended to 65min.The results show that the fly ash adsorbent prepared by chemical modification method can effectively improve the adsorption effect of sulfur dioxide in flue gas.
