摘 要:本研究以锐钛矿和两种碱金属氢氧化物为反应原料,首先采用水热法合成层状的前驱体钛酸锂钾K_(0.8)Ti_(1.73)Li_(0.27)O_(4)(KTLO),同时探讨合成KTLO较优的反应条件,即热反应温度为200℃,反应时间为36h,进而实现层状KTLO纳米颗粒的可控合成。再将该前驱体置于HNO溶液中进行两次H~+交换反应,即可得到一种2D层状的固体钛酸H_(1.07)Ti_(1.73)O_(4)·n H_(2)O(HTO),该固体钛酸可用于制备取向性钙钛矿压电陶瓷。In this study,the layered precursor lithium potassium titanate K_(0.8)Ti_(1.73)Li_(0.27)O_(4)(KTLO)was synthesized by hydrothermal method using anatase and two kinds of alkali metal hydroxide as reaction raw materials.The optimal reaction conditions for the synthesis of KTLO were discussed,namely,the thermal reaction temperature was200℃and the reaction time was 36h.Then the layered KTLO nanoparticles were synthesized in a controlled manner.A 2D layered solid titanate H_(1.07)Ti_(1.73)O_(4)·n H_(2)O(HTO)was obtained by placing the precursor in nitric acid solution for two hydrogen ion exchange reactions.The solid titanate can be used to prepare oriented perovskite piezoelectric ceramics.
