松脂基植物油溶剂ND-45在5%阿维菌素乳油制备中的应用

摘　　要：以环保溶剂松脂基植物油ND-45为溶剂,通过筛选匹配的乳化剂制备5%阿维菌素乳油,并对产品的性能指标进行了测试。结果表明,5%阿维菌素乳油的优选配方为:阿维菌素5%、松脂基植物油ND-4580%、复配乳化剂D 15%。该配方产品安全环保、稳定性强,各项性能指标均符合要求。5%abamectin EC was prepared with pine oleoresin-based plant oil ND-45 as the environment-friendly solvent by screening the matching emulsifiers.The performance indexes of the products were tested.The results showed that the optimization formulation of 5%abamectin EC consisted of abamectin 5%,pine oleoresinbased plant oil ND-4580%and compound emulsifier D 15%.The products preparaed according to the above formulation were safe,environment-friendly and stable,and all performance indexes met the requirements.
