摘  要:总结了带钢连续退火炉喷气快冷的发展历程和在国内的应用情况。对三种主流带钢连续退火炉喷气快冷技术的结构特点进行了研究,喷缝式冷却风箱与传统的喷箱相比无论是热效率还是冷却速率都有了大幅度的提高;圆筒形的炉膛和喷梁开孔结构的高速冷却模块,其炉膛和冷却模块的刚度都很高,非常适合采用高氢介质实现带钢的快速冷却;高速“气线”分区冷却箱热气溢流速度很快、换热效率很高,而且带钢横向温度均匀性好,不会产生瓢曲问题。对喷气冷却系统设计要领和核心技术进行了分析,提出了实现国产化的思路。The development and domestic application of jet cooling technology of continuous annealing furnace for strip steel are summarized,and the structural characteristics of three mainstream technologies are studied.The thermal efficiency and cooling rate of the spray-slot cooling bellows are greatly improved compared with the traditional spray cooling bellows.The rigidity of the cylindrical furnace and the high-speed cooling module with nozzle beam opening structure is very high,which is very suitable for the rapid cooling of strip steel with high hydrogen medium.The high-speed“gas line”zoned cooling box has a fast hot gas overflow speed,high heat exchange efficiency,and good uniformity in the transverse temperature of the strip,which will not cause buckling problems.In addition,the design essentials and core technologies of the air-jet cooling system are analyzed,and the idea of localization is put forward.
