钛铝酸钙颗粒加入对刚玉浇注料性能的影响

摘　　要：为了研究钛铝酸钙在耐火材料领域的应用,用8~5 mm粒径钛铝酸钙的颗粒,等量替代刚玉浇注料的等粒径板状刚玉颗粒,进行试验研究。结果表明:粒径为8~5 mm钛铝酸钙的加入后,刚玉浇注料重烧线变化增大、常温强度降低、抗渣性能下降;少量加入10%,虽然性能下降,考虑综合成本具有可行性。In order to study the application of calcium titanoaluminate in the field of refractories,the equivalent amount of 8~5 mm calcium titanoaluminate particles was used to replace the plate-like corundum particles of corundum castable.The results show that after adding calcium titanoaluminate with particle size of 8~5 mm,the reheating line change of corundum castable increases,the normal temperature strength decreases and the slag resistance decreases;A small amount of 10%is added,although the performance decreases,it is feasible to consider the comprehensive cost.
