摘 要:高炉渣是高炉炼铁的主要副产品,其中蕴含了大量的高品位余热资源,回收高炉渣颗粒的余热资源有利于推进钢铁行业节能降耗目标的逐步实现。自流床余热锅炉可以高效回收高炉渣颗粒的余热资源,其本质是颗粒绕流换热管束的流动与传热过程。采用MFiX软件对高炉渣颗粒绕流异性换热管的流动与传热过程进行了数值模拟,研究管型和管排列方式对颗粒流动特性和传热特性的影响。结果表明:换热管为圆管或者椭圆管时,换热管下方的空隙区较小;在低颗粒流速下,圆形换热管的热回收率较高;在高颗粒流速下,颗粒与管壁的接触最紧密,此工况的热回收率较高。换热管束叉排排列时,颗粒的流动性较好,强化了颗粒之间的扰动,也是颗粒的温度分布更加均匀。Blast furnace slag is the main by-product of blast furnace ironmaking,which contains a large amount of high-grade waste heat resources.The recovery of waste heat resources from blast furnace slag particles is beneficial to the gradual realization of energy saving and consumption reduction goals in the iron and steel industry.The gravity bed boiler can efficiently recover the waste heat resources of blast furnace slag particles,and its essence is the flow and heat transfer process of the particles around the heat exchange tube bundle.The MFiX software is used to numerically simulate the flow and heat transfer process of blast furnace slag particles flowing around shaped tubes.And the influences of tube type and tube arrangement on particle flow characteristics and heat transfer characteristics are investigated.The results show that when the heat exchange tube is round or elliptical,the gap area under the heat exchange tube is small.The heat recovery rate of circular heat exchange tube is higher at low particle flow rate.At high particle flow rate,the contact area between particles and tube wall is high,and the heat recovery rate is higher.When the tube bundle forks are arranged,the fluidity of particles is better,which strength the disturbance between particles,and the temperature distribution of particles is more uniform.
