摘  要:为研究预应力混凝土箱梁零号块的水化热温度效应,找到合理的温控方案,以南宁某特大桥为研究背景,运用有限元分析软件模拟浇筑后的零号块水化热温度场,并在现场监测数据,分析温度和应力的变化。结果表明,实测数据与仿真模拟的结果吻合,说明有限元模型能有效模拟水化热温度场;当采用整体浇筑时,结构内外温差及峰值温度超过规范规定,容易产生裂缝;提出采用低热硅酸盐水泥和分层浇筑2种温控方案进行优化,结构内外温差及各部件温度均明显下降,且温差控制在25℃以内,因温差而产生的自生应力也显著下降。In order to study the hydration heat temperature effect of prestressed zero block of concrete box girder and find a reasonable temperature control scheme,based on a large bridge in Nanning as the research background,the finite element analysis software was used to simulate the hydration heat temperature field of zero block girder after concrete pouring.Combined with the data monitored in the field,the changes of temperature and stress were analyzed.The results show that the measured data are consistent with the simulation results,indicating that the finite element model can effectively simulate the temperature field of hydration heat.When integral pouring is adopted,the temperature difference between inside and outside the structure and the peak temperature exceed the specification,which is prone to cracks.When the two temperature control schemes of low-heat portland cement and layered pouring are proposed for optimization,the temperature difference inside and outside the structure and the temperature of each component are significantly reduced,and the temperature difference is controlled within 25℃.The spontaneous stress caused by temperature difference is also significantly reduced.
