摘 要:为解决低频振动与噪声问题,提出了一种内嵌式局域共振型声子晶体板结构。引入弹簧振子模型计算模型带隙结构,建立该单胞结构有限元分析模型并验证其带隙特性。讨论了单胞模型的散射体材料、板几何结构及散射体包覆层结构对隔振降噪性能的影响规律,在此基础上对结构优化并对比优化前后声子晶体振动传输特性,分析模型隔振能力及隔声量差异。研究表明,合理设置几何材料参数可提升声子晶体板结构低频带隙宽度,优化后结构相比于基本结构得到更好的隔振降噪效果。In order to solve the problem of low-frequency vibration and noise,an embedded locally resonant phononic crystal plate structure was proposed.The spring oscillator was used to calculate band gap,and the finite element unit cell model was established to calculate and verify band gap characteristics.The influence of the scatterer material,plate geometry and scatterer cladding structure of the unit cell model on the vibration isolation and noise reduction performance was discussed.On this basis,the structure was optimized,and vibration transmission were studied with periodic structural defects.Vibration isolation and noise reduction ability of the model were also analyzed.The results show that the vibration isolation and noise reduction ability of phononic crystal plate can be improved with reasonable setting the geometric material parameters.Compared with original structure,the performance of low-frequency vibration isolation and noise reduction has been improved.
