福建制造业数字化程度测算研究

摘　　要：福建省高度重视制造业数字化建设.在此背景下,采用制造业全球价值链上数字产业部门隐含出口增加值占该制造业总出口的比重来衡量该制造业数字化程度,利用出口增加值核算法,构建制造业数字化程度的测算方法 .实证分析表明:福建制造业数字化侧重于国内价值链上制造业数字化与国际价值链上制造业数字化均衡发展.其中,国内价值链上制造业数字化由省内外制造业数字化双轮驱动,国际价值链上制造业数字化则主要由省内制造业数字化驱动.因此,福建应当立足制造业全球价值链分工体系,加强数字技术产业化,推进数字经济部门深度融入制造业和生产性服务业,强化制造业与省外数字经济部门关联,放大制造业进口产品数字化外溢效应.The digital construction of manufacturing industries have been highly concerned by Fujian Province.Under the background,the proportion of the implied export added value of digital industries in the GVC to the total export of manufacturing industries is used to calculated the digitization degree of the manufacturing industry in this paper,and the calculation method of the digitization degree of manufacturing industry is estimated by using PKWW accounting method.Empirical analysis showed that the digitization of manufacturing industries in Fujian Province focused on the balanced development of digitization of both manufacturing industries in domestic value chain and manufacturing industries in international value chain.Among them,the digitization of manufacturing industries in the domestic value chain was driven by the digitization of manufacturing industries inside and outside the province,while the digitization of manufacturing industries in the international value chainwasmainly driven by the digitization ofmanufacturing industries inside the province.Therefore,based on the GVC division system of manufacturing industries,the industrialization of digital technology should be strengthened,the deep integration of digital economic sectors into manufacturing and producer services should be promoted,the connection among the manufacturing and digital economic sectors outside the province should be strengthened,and the digital spillover effects of imported products of manufacturing industry should be amplified by Fujian Province.
