摘　　要：中国共产党的干部队伍建设思想体系是中共历届领导集体带领人民实现站起来、富起来与强起来伟大历史实践的思想结晶与时代产物,是指导中国特色社会主义选人用人事业的强大理论武器,有力推动着党的事业不断取得成功。毛泽东在领导人民站起来的救国历史实践中主张培养一支德才兼备、又红又专的干部队伍,邓小平在领导人民富起来的富国历史实践中主张培养一支“四化”的干部队伍,习近平在领导人民强起来的强国历史实践中主张培养一支忠诚干净担当的干部队伍。深入分析和认真学习党的干部队伍建设思想体系对新时代培育党和人民需要的好干部有重要的理论与现实意义。The ideological system of the construction of the Party's cadre team is the ideological crystallization and the product of the times of the great historical practice of leading the people to stand up,become richer and stronger.It is a powerful theoretical weapon to guide the selecting and employing officials for socialism with Chinese characteristics,and effectively promotes the continuous success of the Party's cause.Mao Zedong advocated building a cadres team being both socialist-minded and vocationally proficient in the process of leading the Chinese people to standd up to save the country.Deng Xiaoping advocated cultivating a cadres team with"four modernizations"in the process of leading the Chinese people to become rich.Xi Jinping advocates building a cadres team of being loyal,responsible and free from corruption in the process of leading the CHinese people to become stronger.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to deeply analyze and study the ideological system of the party's cadre contingent construction for the new era to cultivate good cadres needed by the Party and the people.
