摘 要:服务设计思维逐步引起设计领域的重视,形成了多角度、多层次的用户体验研究方法,为设计实践带来指导性意见。但研究多限于产品设计、系统设计与UI设计等层面。企业博物馆展陈设计作为用户与场景之间互动交流的活动策划,拥有展览策划与实施、场地管理、观众组织与服务等多方面的特定功能,且功能之间相互作用、相互依赖,具有系统性、服务性的显著特征。将服务设计思维方法拓展至企业博物馆的用户体验研究中,能够为展览服务的提升提供可视化的数据支撑和设计实践研究路径。Nowadays,the service design thinking has gradually attracted the attention of the design field,forming a multi angle and multi-level user experience research method,which brings guiding advice to the design practice.However,the research direction is mostly found in product design,system design and UI design.As an activity planning for interaction between users and scenes,the exhibition and display design of enterprise museums has many specific functions such as exhibition planning and implementation,site management,audience organization and service,and the functions interact and depend on each other,which is characterized by systematicness and serviceability.Extending the service design thinking method to the user experience research field of enterprise museums can provide visual data support and design practice research path for the improvement of exhibition services.
