广东省高等教育科研创新投入与产出耦合协调分析

摘　　要：选取2002-2021年《高等学校科技统计资料汇编》中与高等教育科研创新相关的数据,借助灰色关联模型初步探究广东省高等教育科研创新投入与产出体系指标间的关联性,在此基础上通过构建耦合协调度评价模型,来综合衡量广东省高等教育科研创新投入与产出的融合发展效应。研究发现:广东省高等教育投入指标体系与产出指标体系关系紧密,投入各指标均显著影响着高等教育科研创新产出;高等教育科研创新投入与产出系统耦合状态绝大多数处于低水平耦合阶段;虽然耦合协调度也处于失调状态,但是其失调状态呈现逐年向理想状态趋好的特征。The paper selected related data in the Compilation of Science and Technology Statistics of Institutions of Higher Education from 2002-2021,and explored the correlation between the innovation input and output system indicators of the scientific research of higher education in Guangdong Province with the help of the gray correlation model.A coupling coordination model was thus constructed to measure the integrated development effect of the innovation inputs and outputs of higher education scientific research in Guangdong Province.Studies found that the relationship between the index system of higher education input in Guangdong Province is closely related to the output index system,and the various indicators have significantly affected the innovation output of higher education scientific research;the majority of input and output system coupling state is at low level phase;although the degree of coupling coordination is also in a state of disorders,the disorders tend to develop to a gradual ideal state year by year.
